Our company prides itself in saying we hold an extremely close working relationship with loggers, arborists, wildfire mitigation contractors, stewardship contractors, truckers as well as multiple wood processing industries. Industry holds an immense responsibility in maintaining the health of our forests and watersheds while providing jobs to our local economy. We work side by side with industry to maintain forestry Best Management Practices on all of the projects we administer for our clients. In 2021, CSFS completed  a study that showed that application of BMPs in forestry and logging operations in Colorado occurred at a rate of 96 percent, with an effectiveness rate of 97 percent across the five sites that were observed. That type of success was likely due to excellent communication between a forester and forest industry worker.
